Description

Egg beater or food mixer: "Rapid Fire Sanitary Beater". Molded glass (flint?) container, cylindrical in shape, with indents comprised of two slightly curved circular pieces of sheet metal, punched with circular holes throughout, connected with thin wire spring (now detached). Thin metal shaft attached, which protrudes through top of domed metal lid, with bent handle at top. Lid is stamped around top opening: "Patented Jan.6- 1920"
